The Circumstantialists

The Circumstantialists are a loose conceptual group of acrobats and ship-jumpers who gather periodically to do whatever circumstances require. A circumstantialist eschews moderation. Together, Mike Tanner, Ian McLean, Mitch Wallace, Mark Congram, and Patrick Hornsby have several hundred years’ experience onstage and in the studio. They’re currently holed up in the Wallace basement in darkest Riverdale, laying down tracks for Ian’s funk opus "Kommyunikayshuns Tek Sistah".

Favourite Musicians and Influences: Bob Dylan, John Prine, Tom Waits, The Beatles, Leonard Cohen, The Rolling Stones, The Who; plus other purveyors of compelling popular music without clichés.
